By accessing or using our website at https://blackdnyc.com/ or booking any of our services via phone, email, WhatsApp, or online form, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Service Description
- Airport transfers (JFK, LGA, EWR, BOS, DCA, etc.)
- Hourly charters and city tours
- Wedding and special event transportation
- Corporate and executive travel
- Intercity travel across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic
All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of booking.

Once a booking is confirmed, service details will be sent via email or message. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is received.
3. Payment Terms
We require full payment in advance for all services. No deposit is required — full payment ensures your reservation is secured.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) – Preferred Method
- Cash payments accepted upon request and with prior approval
- Other payment methods (e.g., Zelle, PayPal) available upon arrangement
Payments made via credit card are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
4. Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours before service: Full refund
- Between 24 and 48 hours before service: 50% charge of total fare
- Less than 24 hours before service or no-show: Full charge applies
Changes to existing reservations may be treated as cancellations and subject to the same policy.
5. No-Show Policy
If a client fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location and time without prior notice, the full service cost will be charged.
6. Service Delays & Liability
While we strive for punctuality, Black Diamond Limo NYC is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic congestion
- Weather conditions
- Road closures or accidents
- Flight delays or scheduling changes
- Passenger delays (e.g., late arrival at pickup point)
We recommend allowing extra time for airport transfers and time-sensitive events.
7. Vehicle Ownership & Operations
All vehicles in our network are owned and maintained by individual licensed chauffeurs who operate as independent partners with Black Diamond Limo NYC. Each driver carries valid commercial licenses and insurance.
8. Insurance Coverage
We maintain comprehensive commercial liability and passenger insurance to protect our clients during transport. Coverage applies to all approved services.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau County, NY.
